I use...I followed this recipe as close as possible. I used 1 lb, conch, tenderized by my grocer's machine, (ran through two times), 1 lb of giant shrimp. This recipe turned out as the author describes it. Every bite infuses every ingredient mentioned. I added my little twist as you may have a favorite also. on a scale of 1 to 10, I give it a 9.99999999999999!!!!! You wont be disappointed.
